Warranties, Cancellations & Returns


We know that you need to trust that any display you receive from us can be assembled and used within moments of receiving it. As a result, we are committed to using only the best quality materials and workmanship.

 

  • 3 Year Warranty
    All pop-up display frames are provided with a 3-year limited warranty. This limited warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Normal use excludes any abuse, custom modifications, repairs, accidents, or misuse. Any use not in accordance with the product instructions is not covered by the warranty. Shipping and handling costs are not covered by the warranty and must be covered by the customer.

 

  • 30 Day Warranty
    On all products other than pop-up display frames, we provide a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Normal use excludes any abuse, custom modifications, repairs, accidents, or misuse. Any use not in accordance with the product instructions is not covered by the warranty. Shipping and handling costs are not covered by the warranty and must be covered by the customer

 

  • Returns
    All returnable products may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded, and any return shipping costs shall be paid by the customer.To return or exchange products, you must email our customer service department (customerservice@cheaperbooths.com) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 days of receiving your product.  All product returns must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. You must also return all included materials such as instruction manuals, accessories, cables, any free or promotional bonus items, etc.You will be provided an RMA form from Customer Service when receiving your RMA number. Returns must be accompanied by a completed RMA form, and the RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

    Shipments must be sent by Priority Mail or Express Mail, include a tracking number, and arrive within 5 business days after receiving the RMA number. You must carefully pad, pack, and insure your return package so that the product is not damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

    We cannot provide an exchange or a credit without confirmed receipt of your return, and we are not responsible for any damage during shipping.

 

  • Returnable Products
    All products are returnable with the exception of customized orders. Customized orders are excluded from our refund policy and may not be returned. Customized orders include any graphic design service, graphics, custom-printed products, custom-altered products, or custom-built products.  For orders that are composed of both a non-customized frame/hardware and a printed graphic, the non-customized frame/hardware is 50% of the total value of the product, and the customized printed material is 50% of the total value of the product.

 

  • Restocking Fees
    Returns of non-customized frame/hardware incur a 15% restocking fee.

 

  • Cancellations
    Once an order is placed and files are submitted, production of your product begins immediately and may ship at any time. Once production begins, an order cannot be cancelled or changed, and instead must be considered a return. If an order is canceled after files are submitted but before production is started, everything will be refunded, including the shipping costs, with the exception of a 15% processing fee on the product value.
